RSS Feeds in Education

This page explains what an rss feed is and how they can be used in education. I am just beginning my exploration is rss in education. Immediately I see some wonderful applications, but I have limited programming experience and I am getting lost in some of the sites. To the best of my ability I will try to rss feeds into plain language and clearly explain how they may be used in education.
